'Cthulhu Wants Me!' Development Update - Announcement + Concept Artworks

I am happy to announce that I have been leading a small and talented team at Gamedev Camp to create the upcoming original game. We, Psychik Kat Games, set our plans to release a demo trailer by mid-November.

The game project is called 'Cthulhu Wants Me!', a stylised 3D top-down action-wave-based game with rogue-like elements of a hack-and-slash combat experience in a Lovecraftian setting for PC platforms.

Concept Artworks

For now, here, I share the concept artworks of the project, created by Mariia. She  was able to deliver the key concepts of our game characters and the art direction we plan to aim for. Especially a unique colour palette, that we ensure stays true to the game’s vision. This includes both the Player Character and the Enemies.  Additionally, she has worked on the environmental design for the game that will take place in.
